With Live Event Painting, weddings and special events live on through a custom keepsake from Golden Ray Studio. Live Event Painting not only engages your guests but leaves you with a one-of-a-kind art piece “to have and to hold” for years to come.
On the day of your event, Golden Ray Studio arrives early to begin laying the painting. Larger paintings usually take between five to six hours from start to finish, but Golden Ray Studio offers an array of Live Event Painting packages to fit your preference, schedule and budget.
Once complete, we’ll bring you in for the big reveal! After being sprayed with a fixative, your painting is ready to take home day-of! Golden Ray Studio also offers clients the option to pick up the painting at a later date or have it shipped directly to them.
It’s your special day, and we want you to be as involved in the process as you’d like, so we’ll set up a time to chat about the logistics – better known as the who, what, when, where and how! Are you working with a wedding planner? Perfect! Put Golden Ray Studio in touch with your planner, and together we’ll hammer out all the details.
Note: Payment and Live Event Painting packages will be discussed with the client during this stage. A deposit is required.

It’s your special day, so we want you to enjoy yourself! All of the details will be hammered out in advance of the event, so sit back and relax. You and your guests are welcome to be as engaged in viewing the painting process as you like!
Yes! You’ll be able to take your painting home day-of! Golden Ray Studio also offers clients the option to pick up the painting at a later date as needed. Destination wedding clients may have their painting shipped directly to them for an additional fee.
Yes! Golden Ray Studio is based in St.Croix, but its Live Event Painting services extend throughout the Caribbean and to Florida.
No! While Golden Ray Studio primarily focuses its Live Event Painting services on weddings, Live Event Painting can take place at birthday parties, graduation celebrations, religious events and more.
