Once complete, Brin will bring you in for the big reveal! After being sprayed with a fixative, your painting is ready to take home day-of! Golden Ray Studio also offers clients the option to pick up the painting at a later date or have it shipped directly to them.
On the day of your event, Golden Ray Studio arrives early to begin laying the painting. Larger paintings usually take between five to six hours from start to finish, but Golden Ray Studio offers an array of Live Event Painting packages to fit your preference, schedule and budget.

No! While Golden Ray Studio primarily focuses its Live Event Painting services on weddings, Live Event Painting can take place at birthday parties, graduation celebrations, religious events and more.
Yes! You’ll be able to take your painting home day-of! Golden Ray Studio also offers clients the option to pick up the painting at a later date as needed. Destination wedding clients may have their painting shipped directly to them for an additional fee.
Yes! Golden Ray Studio is based in St.Croix USVI, but its Live Event Painting services extend throughout the Caribbean and the rest of the United States.
It’s your special day, so we want you to enjoy yourself! All of the details will be hammered out in advance of the event, so sit back and relax. You and your guests are welcome to be as engaged in viewing the painting process as you like!
On average, it takes about 5 minutes to draw and paint each individual guest and 8-10 minutes for a portrait of two people. This allows for approximately 6-8 couples to be painted per hour. Most clients choose the 5-hour package, which accommodates between 75-100 guests.
